    Description

    Very nice pitcher / jug - drinking vessel - with a jaguar on top as handle and another as spout. The sides of the vessel are intricately decorated with many designs and feature women with long braids. It is basically an upside down jug with a hole in the middle. I understand these were used to hold and serve Chicha, an alcoholic drink made from corn.
    Items measures 7 1/2 inches high x 4 1/4 inches wide at widest point (side to other side of jaguar spout). Item is marked "Cusco Peru". It weighs 12 ounces and is in very good pre-owned condition. No chips or wear. The colors are vibrant and beautiful! Thanks for looking!
